REFURBISHMENT PROJECT CLIENT: Fizz Creations
LOCATION: Lancing, West Sussex
SECTOR: Manufacturing / Retail
REFURBISHMENT PROJECT VALUE: 200K
REFURBISHMENT PROJECT DURATION: 12 weeks
CHALLENGES:
A key element of our proposal was to allow for vast amounts of storage space whilst retaining the open plan layout the client opted for. We installed numerous glazed screens to keep the areas feeling light; designing and installing a bespoke manifestation that gave that personal touch.
We supplied and built suspended ceilings throughout. We designed and built washroom facilities, including two staff showering areas and one ‘executive’ WC / Shower suite. Using an integrated panelling systems and the latest in cubicle designs we were able to ensure all pipework was hidden throughout.
We supplied and installed new HVAC throughout giving each room the ability to have heating and cooling to combat all weathers.
Our choice of commercial flooring gave our design the creative feel, opting for a ‘Hot Pink’ in the meeting spaces once again marrying in with our clients branding.
OUTCOME:
Our client was extremely happy with the result and has since continued to grow their new premises. The use of space makes for a welcoming work environment and the colourful décor is just right for a company that creates gifts and games.
We were lucky to be a part of this project completing both the Office Fit Out and the new warehouse Storage System as referenced in another of our case studies.
REFURBISHMENT PROJECT OVERVIEW:
A local client of ours approached us early in the process of building a new warehouse/office for their latest innovative & growing company supplying quality products worldwide. They asked us to produce a complete design and build proposal for the fit out of their new office areas and enquired about their storage solutions within their new warehouse. The brief was clear from the start; to create fully functioning office/staff facilities encompassing the creativity and quality for which their company has been renowned for.
The team got to work, starting by engaging in various design and usability discussions with the client to produce a full working specification. We worked with the client’s architect to ensure that no stone was left un-turned and finally presented our proposal in full to all involved.
The feedback was great, and we were delighted when the project went ahead..
