- All of our floors will be designed to comply with latest Building Regulations. We will provide all drawings and calculations and if required handle Building Regulation approval applications on your behalf
- Staircases can be supplied with open or closed treads, and to conform with either Part K or Part M Building Regulations
- Under certain circumstances it may be a requirement that fire protection be provided for the structure. We can achieve this by supplying fire rated casings to the structural steel columns and a suspended ceiling to the underside of the structure.
