The Brook Centre, Winchester, Hampshire.
Working closely with one of our major suppliers of partitioning
materials, we were able to offer The Specsaver Group a system of
partitioning and wall cladding which enabled the fit-out time for
both new stores and renovation of existing stores to be greatly
reduced.
It is the procedure with The Specsaver Group that the partition
installer is appointed as main contractor.
To enable the client to assess the new system, we were asked to
quote to completely fit out a new store at The Brooks Centre Shopping
Mall in Winchester, Hampshire.
The scope of work covered the following items:-

- Electrical Installation

It was necessary to obtain the Landlord's consents on all aspects
of the work together with the agreement of Specsavers' own Building
Control Inspector and Property Services Department.
The whole project was completed in approximately 4 weeks.
Following this project we were asked to become one of the Groups
Nominated Main Contractors. Since completing the Winchester Store
we have completed fit-outs at the following Specsaver Branches:
Farnham, Surrey
Chatham, Kent
Salisbury, Wiltshire
Bicester, Oxfordshire
